營口市瑞祥德食品工業有限公司是一家由下崗失業人員共同創辦的食品加工企業，下崗、失業人員占員工總數80%以上，公司董事長于瑞林也是一名下崗職工。公司成立于1998年6月，二十年間，先后安置培訓下崗失業人員600余人。

目前，產品由初期的單一餃子發展成八大類，二十多個品種。無論是社區小食雜店，還是大型超市，從小吃部到大酒店都有瑞祥德產品，營口地區市場占有率達90%以上，同時還有部分產品銷往外埠地區。
